Now...Light to moderate rainfall will continue to lift slowly northeast from Oklahoma and Arkansas into southeast Kansas and southern Missouri through midnight. The rain will impact areas mainly south of a line from Nevada to west plains. Generally light rainfall can be expected with amounts around one quarter of an inch or less. Precipitation will continue to advance northward and gradually increase in intensity during the overnight hours. A flash flood watch remains in effect for much of the area tonight into Thursday.
